Support Team Member
// Overview
The HAVZ Support Team is responsible for assisting players, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive and fair environment within the server. As a support member, you are often the first point of contact for players and represent the HAVZ community at all times.
// Key Responsibilities
- Respond to player tickets and support requests in a timely manner
- Assist players with in-game issues, rules, and general questions
- Monitor player behaviour and report rule violations
- De-escalate conflicts and maintain a calm, respectful tone
- Escalate serious issues to Admins when necessary
- Help enforce server rules fairly and consistently
- Stay active in Discord and in-game when on duty
// Requirements
- Strong understanding of HAVZ server rules
- Good knowledge of DayZ gameplay mechanics
- Clear and respectful communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Active presence in Discord
- Minimum age: 16+ (18+ preferred)
- Previous moderation/support experience (preferred but not required)

- Be professional and unbiased at all times
- Do not abuse powers or show favouritism
- Maintain confidentiality when handling reports
- Be active and responsive during assigned times
