General
HAVZ is a Hardcore PVE DayZ server built exclusively for PlayStation. We offer a brutal survival experience with high risk, high reward gameplay set in the infected wastelands of Chernarus. No hand-holding. No easy mode. Just survival.
Yes. The server is completely free to join and always will be. You only need a copy of DayZ on PlayStation. Donations and subscriptions are entirely optional and never give gameplay advantages over other players.
HAVZ is PlayStation exclusive. We currently run on PS4 and PS5. There are no PC or Xbox servers — this is a dedicated PlayStation community.
Our main hub is Discord. You can join us at discord.gg/jkdfpazMbU — that's where you'll find server updates, rule changes, team-up requests, the trader, and admin support. We're also on YouTube (@HavocDayZ) and TikTok (@havoc.dayz).
A Badlands server is currently in development and is coming in 2026. Keep an eye on our Discord and social media for announcements.

Server Info
- Open DayZ on your PlayStation.
- Navigate to the Community Servers tab.
- Search for "HAVZ" in the search bar.
- Select the server and hit Join.
Our primary server runs on Chernarus. A Badlands server is planned for 2026.
The server restarts every 4 hours. Restart times are posted in our Discord server. You won't lose your character or gear during scheduled restarts.
HAVZ is a Hardcore PVE server, but PVP is permitted in designated high-risk zones including Military Bases and Airfields. Outside of these zones, killing other players is against the rules. Check the Tier 4 Zones map in the About section for exact locations.
Yes! We have a custom iZurvive map with our Tier 4 zones marked. Click here to open it.

Rules & Bans
The full ruleset is posted in our Discord server under the #rules channel. All players are expected to read and follow them before joining. Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse.
Yes, absolutely. Donations do not grant any immunity from rules or bans. All players are held to the same standard regardless of donation status. Bans are issued at admin discretion and are non-negotiable in most cases.
KOS is only permitted in designated PVP zones (Military Bases & Airfields). Killing players outside these zones is a bannable offence. HAVZ is a PVE-focused server — respect that or face the consequences.
All reports and ban appeals must be submitted through Discord via the ticketing system. Join the Discord at discord.gg/jkdfpazMbU and open a ticket in the appropriate channel. Include as much evidence (video/screenshots) as possible.
No. Any form of griefing, trolling, or deliberate harassment of other players will result in a ban. HAVZ is built around a community of survivors — we expect players to act like it.

Donations & Subscriptions
Absolutely not. The server is free to play and always will be. Donations are entirely optional — they simply help keep the server running and unlock some quality-of-life perks for supporters.
Standard Priority Queue (£6.50/mo) gives you priority access on the Chernarus server — skip the queue when the server is full.
Complete Priority Queue (£9.99/mo) covers ALL HAVZ PlayStation servers, including future servers as they launch.
Both are monthly subscriptions billed via PayPal and can be cancelled at any time.
You can cancel your PayPal subscription at any time by logging into your PayPal account, going to Settings → Payments → Manage Automatic Payments, and cancelling the HAVZ subscription. Your perks will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
All donations and subscription payments are final and non-refundable. If you're banned from the server, your subscription does not entitle you to a refund. Please read the rules before subscribing.
Every penny goes directly towards running and improving HAVZ — server hosting costs via Nitrado, server slot expansion, new features, content updates, and keeping the server stable and online 24/7.

Base & Raiding
Yes. Base building is a core part of HAVZ. Survivors are expected to fight for every resource — your base is your lifeline. Check Discord for any base placement rules (e.g. no building on roads, military loot spawns, or trader zones).
Raiding rules are detailed in the Discord #rules channel. In general, raiding is controlled to maintain a fair PVE experience — check the pinned messages for current raid rules, permitted times, and any restrictions.
Some donor tiers (from the one-time donation packages in the Donate section) include prefab base spawns as a perk — ranging from Small to Mega bases depending on tier. These are spawned in by admins. Monthly Priority Queue subscriptions do not include base spawns.
If you believe your base was destroyed illegitimately (outside of raid rules), open a support ticket in Discord with evidence. If it was a legitimate raid or server decay, admins cannot restore lost items. Make sure you're maintaining your base regularly to prevent decay.

Technical
- Make sure you're in the Community Servers tab, not Official.
- Type HAVZ exactly into the search bar.
- Refresh the list if it doesn't appear immediately.
- Check our Discord to see if the server is undergoing maintenance.
You can either wait for a slot to open, or subscribe to our Priority Queue which lets you jump the queue when the server is at capacity. Standard PQ covers Chernarus; Complete PQ covers all HAVZ servers.
Kicks can happen for a number of reasons: scheduled restart, server instability, or admin action. If you believe you were kicked in error or were banned unfairly, open a ticket in Discord to get it reviewed.
In most cases, admins are unable to restore lost gear due to disconnects or crashes — this is a DayZ limitation, not a HAVZ policy. If you experienced a loss due to a server-side issue (crash at restart etc.), open a ticket in Discord with details and we'll review on a case-by-case basis.
HAVZ is run by a dedicated admin team. The best way to reach us is through the Discord ticketing system — admins are active and monitor tickets regularly. Do not DM admins directly; use tickets so we can track and resolve your issue properly.
